Financial pledge
I  (we) the undersigned hereby pledge to contribute the sum of $___________
as  our  share  of  the  money needed to purchase the Edward and Ann Colver
homestead  at  Old  Mystic, CT. This pledge is given with the understanding
that  it  will  be  valid  only if the total amount of pledges  received is
enough  to  carry  out  the  aim  of  the  campaign  and if the campaign is
successful in establishing a tax-exempt charitable trust for the purpose of
purchasing,  maintaining and operating the house as a historic preservation
site.
